09 Jul Road Map for July: Class of 2024

One of my recommendations for the first half of high school is to explore yourself and your interests, with an eye toward what you might want your college experience to be like. This summer is also a good time to start exploring colleges in a general way. For example, you might visit a local campus now that in-person tours are starting back up. There’s no need to do significant travel yet though, because you can learn about different kinds of schools by visiting a few nearby that are different in size, setting or other characteristics. You might also take advantage of summer travel to tour a campus in a city you’re visiting on vacation.
