2022-2023 Packages and Pricing

Claster Educational Services offers comprehensive college counseling packages designed to help students and their families navigate the process from the search phase through the final decision.  We also offer the flexibility to meet your needs and budget with an hourly rate option.

Note: The following rates are valid through June 30, 2023.

Comprehensive Counseling Package

$6,500

This package may begin anytime after the completion of the student’s sophomore year of high school. The package includes:

  • assessing the student’s interests, strengths, needs and goals
  • reviewing transcripts and making recommendations on course selection
  • evaluating and advising on extracurricular activities
  • creating a plan for standardized tests
  • selecting summer programs and activities
  • preparing for campus visits
  • building a college list
  • creating a timeline for the application process

  • planning for letters of recommendation
  • developing strong applications
  • guiding the essay-writing process, from topic selection to final edits, for up to 10 schools. (Additional essay support is available for an additional fee.)
  • preparing for interviews
  • demystifying financial aid
  • deciding among admission and financial aid offers
  • developing waitlist strategies
  • adjusting for gap year considerations*

*  Gap year planning is available for an additional fee.

Comprehensive Counseling Package: Sophomore Year Start

$7,500

This package begins after the completion of the student’s 9th grade year and includes all the components of the Comprehensive Counseling Package.

Comprehensive Counseling Package: Freshman Year Start

$8,000

This package begins after the completion of the student’s 8th grade year and includes all the components of the Comprehensive Counseling Package.

Foundation Package

$1,500

This package is designed for 9th and 10th graders and is a great choice for students who have limited access to their school college counselor before 11th grade.  We conduct an assessment of the student’s interests, strengths, needs and goals; review and assess course selection, grades, extracurricular and summer activities; develop a preliminary plan for standardized testing and college exploration; and provide a general overview of financial aid.
