Road Map for April: Sophomores

According to a recent survey, most college admission officials think it’s fair to review applicants’ social media presence when they are making admission decisions.  Be mindful of the platforms you’re using, who has access to them, and the impression people might get from your posts and activity.  Also be aware that social media can work in your favor.  For example, many students find LinkedIn to be a useful way to share information with colleges, and the process of creating a profile and reflecting on how to present yourself in the best light can be good practice for college admissions and the job market.
