Road Map for March: Juniors

The Common App has announced that the essay prompts for the Class of 2025 will be the same as they were in this application cycle. You can view the prompts here, but I don’t recommend starting to work on essays until the school year is over—focus instead on getting the best grades you can in your classes. I do, however, suggest doing as much writing as possible during the summer, and I’ve just opened registration for my summer application and essay workshop series. For each two-part workshop, students will watch a webinar and then schedule a one-on-one follow-up session for guidance and feedback on their individual application or essay.

Many of you are taking the SAT this month—good luck! This will be the first US administration of the digital SAT, and I’d love to hear from you about your experience.

Your classes are your top priority but beyond that, this list of spring to-do items for juniors contains some good reminders for planning over the next few months. As always, I hope you’ll get in touch if I can be helpful!
