I hope you had time during winter break to relax and enjoy some of the things you love doing. During the holidays we got a lot of messages about giving, and one of the best ways to do that is by volunteering. If you are taking AP exams this spring and you get accommodations for a disability, touch base with your guidance office or AP coordinator to make sure your accommodations request has been submitted to the College Board. School counselors usually do this automatically for all eligible students, but it’s a good idea to confirm now because January 18 is the College Board’s deadline. (If you took the PSAT and got accommodations in October, you’re all set. The same accommodations apply for all College Board exams.)
