03 Feb Road Map for February: Juniors
The first semester is wrapping up–how did it go? The most important thing in college admissions is your grades, so if you need support to keep them strong now is the time to get help. (You should also be aware that this time next year, after your applications are submitted, your high school will send a midyear report to colleges and they will see your first semester senior year grades as well.)
In addition to your grades, your priorities for the next few weeks should include doing college research and making plans for visits so you can start developing your college list. To learn how to make the most of colleges’ online offerings or in-person campus tours, I hope you’ll join me online this weekend for College Admissions: A Road Map for the Class of 2023. We’ll also talk about what colleges are looking for and how you can use the next few months to get ready for the application process.
