22 Dec Road Map for December: Freshmen

As you close out the year, take this opportunity to reflect on what you’ve accomplished in your first few months of high school. I hope you’ve had a successful transition and are doing well in your classes.

Looking toward 2024, plan to explore some new activities. If you haven’t joined any clubs at school, consider going to a meeting to see what it’s all about. Volunteering can be another great way to develop your interests and give back to a cause you care about. Organizations around the country plan community service events for the MLK Day of Service, and DC-area students can check here for examples of organizations that would love to have your help.
