In this workshop for Ambassadors and their parents, girls will learn how their Girl Scout experience can inform their college search and strengthen their college applications. Educational consultant Becky Claster will discuss what colleges are looking for and how to highlight your qualifications, as well as how to identify schools that will be a great fit. Participants will also receive a timeline of the application process, guidance on standardized testing, and an overview of the financial aid system. By the end of the event Girl Scouts will be well-prepared to complete Steps 1, 2 and 3 toward the College Knowledge badge.
