This free workshop for freshmen and sophomores and their families will discuss what students can do now to be well-prepared for the college admissions process. It will offer insight into what colleges are looking for and advice on researching colleges, developing a college list, and making the most of campus visits and college fairs. The session will also provide guidance on planning for standardized tests, an introduction to the Common Application, the role of the college essay, and a brief overview of financial aid.
